Arguably the most popular gourmet garlic.

Eaten raw, it is sharp, spicy, and somewhat bitter. Roasted it becomes sweet, creamy, and a little starchy. Stir-frying or sautéing brings out a nice, mild garlic flavor.

Large bulbs with 3-5 cloves per bulb. Stores 2-3 months.
