Georgian Fire

That's Georgia the country, not the state.

The hottest variety we grown. Georgian Fire is spectacular in salsa, and we love using it as a salad warmer.

This, along with Siberian and Inchelium Red, was grown from seed stock that was selected over 20 (garlic) generations to thrive in our high desert climate. We're grateful for Dennis Jamason for sharing this variety, and are stoked to continue the tradition.

Large bulbs have 3-5 cloves each. Stores 4-5 months.
