One of the most pleasantly flavored softneck garlics, it can be spicy when first harvested, but mellows out after storage.

Along with Siberian and Georgian Fire, the bulbs we are offering are truly adapted to our climate, having been grown for over 20 (garlic) generations by Dennis Jamason, just south of Battle Mountain.

Large bulbs with 10-12 large cloves, and a handful of small ones. Stores up to 12 months.
