Siberian

Reliable and easy to grow. Eaten raw it is mellow with a robust flavor. Stir frying or sautéing brings out the sweetness. Roasting makes it sweet and creamy. 

Siberian is known to perform well in challenging conditions, and this variety is proven. Along with Georgian Fire and Inchelium Red, this variety was grown from seed received from Dennis Jamason (Battle Mountain, NV), whose farm has grown and saved its own seed for over 20 (garlic) generations.

Large bulbs have 3-5 cloves each. Stores 4-5 months.
